We had nice checkin…thought everything was conveniently located to what we needed and wanted; HOWEVER-we killed THREE roaches while in this room! A big one, small one and a baby! I understand this happens sometimes BUT it should be RARE and multiple occurrences are honestly a sign of a problem not being addressed! I thought we would be back but a decent rate isn’t enough to entice us to come back. No change available to use laundry facility. Just not as impressed as I thought I was initially, upon completing the visit.

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all the woman working the front desk talked to me like a was a high school kid instead of a grown adult here with my mother and two children. We drove 8 hours here to visit a friend and chose this hotel because it looked very nice and had a pool. Upon arrival I was told we needed wrist bands to enter the pool they gave me 4 bands for my two kids, my mom, and I. I asked nicely if I could get an extra band for a friend of ours we were here visiting and the staff proceeded to tell me that my hotel room was for 4 people and I couldn’t have a 5th visitor here overnight. I explained that I understood that and just wanted my guest to be able to come to the pool with us. She then told me they have a big problem with people bringing a lot of extra people into the pool which is why they do the bands. I let her know I understood that however I only have the one extra guest which was an adult that I’m visiting here. She refused to give me an extra band for the pool and said my company was not welcome in the pool area unless they also buy a room here to stay at their hotel… mind you no where in their rules or policies was this stated and I was not allowed a refund. To top it off we went to the breakfast area which was absolutely disgusting food all over all the counters (it’s 9pm) the floors were disgusting, the pool was so murky you couldn’t see two feet in, there was dirty underwear on the ground by the pool. Overall horrible experience.

We regret any inconveniences you faced and we will review your feedback internally with our team to ensure we are always following the protocols we have in place. However, as we discussed, per our policy, only 4 people are permitted per double queen room and 2 people are permitted per king room. We must follow occupany laws and fire code. I appreciated you speaking with me at checkout and I am glad we were able to communicate through this. We hope to see you again soon!

Very nice people clean friendly also my room was right next to the indoor pool that was great
