Perfect Beachside Getaway
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband, daughters and I wanted some place just steps from the beach, but in a cool part of town. This condo was IT! It's beautifully decorated...overlooks the pool...gorgeous view of the beach. The owners, Doug & Cathy, are wonderful to work with and return messages promptly. It was wonderful for my girls to have their own room, TV and BATHROOM (LOL), while my husband and I enjoyed some quiet right across the hall. Can't recommend this place enough.

Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayAfter many trips to Cocoa Beach, and several VRBO’s…We feel as if we found the one where we would like to repeatedly stay. The location was accurate and phenomenal, both looking over the pool and the beach. The condo is very well stocked, with unexpected extras. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances are updated and clean. Communication with the host, as needed, was never a problem. We had an amazing, relaxing, and fun time. We are still talking about when we can book it again.

First time in cocoa beach

Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of the condo is fantastic. Second floor unit with a great/direct view of the ocean and overlooking the pool. It was very clean and orderly and stocked with all the essentials.Lots of attention to detail from these owners. Everything you need for the beach...towels...high end chairs and umbrella...sand toys if you have kids.Owners respond quickly to all questions. Check in process was easy. Since we flew in and arrived via Uber we were able to get in a little early which was nice. Overall a great unit with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.

Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. We are already wanting to book another trip at this great place.

Publié le 20 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was perfect and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!! It was incredibly well-stocked and had the most comfortable living room furniture and master bedroom. You literally need to bring nothing but your clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and groceries as the owners have everything else covered. They supplied everything else you could possibly need, including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and a small cooler to take with you on the short walk to the beach. The condo also has smart tv’s and plenty to entertain you inside- board games, books, DVD’s, CD’s, I mean they’ve really thought of everything!! There’s also a sparkling 8.5 foot deep pool and you’re just a short stroll away from the beautiful ocean. We were able to watch the sun rise from the comfortable balcony and we also saw a rocket launch. We’ve never been so comfortable in a rental before and would absolutely stay here again!!

Great getaway!
