the 3 season porch was a great place to unwind. We enjoyed the view of the water from the house. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. At night we could hear tree frogs calling on the other side of the road, which was fun.
There's also a park nearby with walking trails, and a grocery store close by. Zachary's Pizza is also close and we had an excellent pizza there. It was about 20 minutes to downtown Burlington. A very relaxing place to stay, so glad we found it!

Mid week getaway

Great location near the lake!
Publié le 15 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a lovely little beach house cottage in Vermont. The location was good as Burlington was only a 15 minute drive away. The cottage gets a little cold this time of year (October) so I would recommend using the fireplace for heat at night. Also, the shower is a little small so that is something to consider if you need/want a lot of shower space. Otherwise, the cabin was nice and it was in a good location.

There is a heater available for the colder nights. Don’t hesitate to use it. Heat at the touch of a button!

Lovely cozy cottage on Lake Champlain
Publié le 24 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was clean, well appointed and cozy! Not far from downtown Burlington by car, and beach access. Beds were comfy and we had a lovely stay. Be watchful of the driveway in arrival if you come after dark—it’s not evident from the street at first glance. Hosts were helpful and communicative.

Lovely camp with everything you want + need
Publié le 19 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayOur stay was absolutely wonderful. The property is in a little neighborhood that is quiet and beautiful with views of the lake and Adirondacks. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and enjoy time together. We loved the fire pit outside and the option to sit under the canopy in the rain. It felt very nice to spend time as a family in someone’s family cabin/camp. We enjoyed playing board games in the evening as well. I cannot say enough great things! We hope to stay again in the future. Thanks for Claire and her family for the great getaway!

Adorable cottage
