Deplacement pro

Le site indique qu'il faut prendre le parking situé à environ 500m de l'hotel mais il faut faire attention car la route est pavée donc c'est compliqué quand on a des valises. En arrivant à l'hotel, je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait un parking plus proche.... Ensuite, j'avais demandé une chambre avec un grand lit et j'ai eu 2 lits simples... Enfin, la chose la plus désagréable est la fenêtre jaune dans la chambre. Quand il y a du soleil, toute la luminosité intérieure est jaune vif ce qui est extrêmement désagréable.

Bonne adresse à Cologne

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. On avait une chambre avec vue sur le Rhin, ainsi que sur la grande roue et Le musée du Chocolat. La chambre était confortable, propre et très calme. L'hôtel est bien situé, non loin de la vielle ville.

Fatigues et pas aides pour le changement de chambr

Apres avoir fait le chek in a 19 h car a 16 h la chambre n'était pas encore faite nous avons ete obliges de changer de chambre alors que nous etions tres fatigues remballer toutes nos affaires sans aide ni proposition d'aide car la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Le matin pas un mot d excuse à la limite de la raillerie de la part de l'employée. Pas mal déçue quand même pour un hotel 4etoiles et cher.
