Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI came in optimistic it was a horrible stay sink water smelled like sewer towels were dirty people and staff slam doors 24/7 crackheads sleep and yell on stairs all night. Front doors locks up doors at 21pm so no help if needed. Same guy that was nice on check had an attitude on Check out what a waste of time and money if your looking for the traditional Days Inn his is not it its bought by a family. Whom dies not know how to run a a decent hotel ice machine never has ice. horrible!!!!

The most noisy place i have slept ever thumping upstairs whole night and people talking loud. Tv Remote dont work. Bad smell outside

Property is near toyota pavilion if your headed to the venue. Many restaurants and shop in walking distance.
Room wise, it was ok. Walls are not so yun d proof and can hear your neighbor especially if they are loud.

It was OK
Publié le 4 oct. 2023 sur HotelsNothing special. Clean, comfortable. A bit over priced compared to other similar 2 or 3 star hotels in bay area. Does have breakfast, but nothing to boast about. Close to Concord pavilion. 1.5 miles uphill, but easy to walk.
Minus would be the wifi. Tried to watch movie on my ipad, but had to quit after wifi went down several times. Assuming that wifi works better when fewer people are trying to use it. Worked much better the next morning.

Publié le 30 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThe bed was broken on one corner. The place was very dirty. I tried to change hotels but was not accommodated.
