Disinterested service at check in - the person at check in seemed annoyed at service requests. Pull out sofa bed was not working and had dirty sheets. There was dust behind it. Definitely not what I was expecting from the Curio Collection. Three star hotel at best.

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being next to many shopping and restaurants. We didn’t enjoy that there was no staff helping. The only staff we saw was to check in. The little staff that was there were not helpful. If there was one front clerk, the person was on their personal cell phone and not acknowledging us. The front clerk who checked us in told me I shouldn’t use Expedia for booking because I would get better benefits if I booked straight through them. That felt insulting to me. My family and I will NOT be staying at another Hilton ever!! I’ve had better and wonderful experiences staying at the Sheraton!

The front desk staff was great! My room had spiders. I killed 4 of them. I found big spiderwebs around the sensors in the room. I took pictures of them and reported it. Took 2 days to get removed. There was also glass from a broken car window in the parkimg lot. I reported it on monday morning and each day after that. When i left on friday it was still there. That is a safety hazard.
