Stronghold 6th annual Cooke trip

Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything we needed, plenty of space for our whole crew to spread out, great location just off Main Street and next to the gas stations and crawling distance from the Miner is pretty awesome. Brad was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, we will most definitely be returning next year for our 7th annual!!

Great place for family at New Year

Great Stay - Great Place - Great Host
Publié le 5 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayBrought a group of friends and family out to go fly fishing for a few days and stayed for 4 nights. This place is in a great location in Cooke City (very close to the Miner's Saloon - great pizza!), and the property was fantastic. It had plenty of space for all 8 guys who came on the trip. The host was quick to respond with questions, and it was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. It even had a personal note welcoming us as well as items to make smores as a welcoming gift. Absolutely great place and will most definitely look to stay here again when we return to Cooke City in the future.

Brad was great to work with. We had to cancel our reservation last year due to the flooding and rescheduled for this year. Everything was handled smoothly and promptly. A nice quiet getaway. Would like to do this again.

Wonderful stay
Publié le 31 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay. The house is beautiful, the town is small and cute. It is a very big house that holds a large family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It’s located at the NE entrance of Yellowstone where you will see a lot of wildlife. This town has a creek running through it and the kids loved playing in it. The house is stocked with towels, s’mores, blankets and much more. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Cooke City House!
Publié le 25 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis house was great for our stay in Cooke City! The location was perfect, being less than a block from the main drag. Cooke City was less than 5 minutes from Yellowstone and the town itself was a neat little mountain town with tons of hikes around the town. The owners of the home we’re extremely hospitable and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home base!
Publié le 12 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is huge, well-appointed with thoughtful touches, and very comfortable. It was the perfect home base for our adventures in Yellowstone. Brad is a great host -- he was extremely responsive and great to work with. We will be back! NOTE: The entry is up one flight of stairs, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. When I booked it, I didn't pay attention to this detail, which could have been problematic for my 81-yr-old aunt who is awaiting knee surgery -- but she was a trooper and it all worked out just great. Thank you, Brad, for helping us to create some great family memories!
