Nice quiet hotel. Close to shopping and Carver Arena. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

We stayed at this hotel in April. It had just opened. We came back because of the good service by the staff, good breakfast, and just an overall great experience. In 7 months, the conditions in the bathroom and the erratic heater function need work. To get hot water in the shower took several minutes with the faucet turned to the hotest position. Once hot water was received, the shower worked good. The trim around the base of the shower both inside and out, needs to be replaced. Amenities would have been good except for the shampoo dispenser. It was obviously full but the pump wouldn't work. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but hope they look closely at fixing these minor issues.

I stayed about a week. Three days of the stay there was almost no hot water. Had to take cold showers. Front desk said they’re sorry half the hotel is having that issue. Suggested letting it run for 10-15 minutes to draw water from the other half of the hotel. Would have been better to offer to move me to a room that wasn’t affected. The hotel was almost empty and there were plenty of available rooms. The complimentary breakfast offerings became skimpier and skimpier during my stay. By the last day there was no breakfast meat at all, only one variety of cereal, no bananas, and only vanilla yogurt. The shower door was coming lose from the wall.
