Great service and location

The dinner and our accommodations at the hotel were very good, room was very clean, great location close to John Wayne airport. The standout for us was the excellent service we received from the hotel's airport shuttle drivers, Chris and Luis. They went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our schedule. Chris even checked us in when the front desk was busy. Their friendly and prompt service made our quick trip so easy. They both have been with Ayres for several years and are happy with their jobs and obviously well trained in customer service, so Ayres gets high marks for being a good employer too.
