Insects in rooom

Bathroom full of insects Transferred me to sister hotel Where access lane was full of huge pot holes not good for car All round poor show

I cancelled my stay but the day after I was due to stay found that there is illegal activity going on there.

My room was not like the pictures shown at all. Bed was uncomfortable too. Very small room.

The manager of this hotel very young man, he is nasty rude. Chase down the corridor, swearing, stating mess in room though it was an unmade bed told me it smells when the only thing smells is him cooking his food in the corridor.he was standing outside my room listening to me. Couldn’t go out the front door with him watching me. Although being a regular guest to both hotels he has refused me to stay again and I have done nothing wrong. The plugs was hanging out the wall. One room my foot fell through the floor. There was a bug crawling all over the bathroom floor and hairs was found in the bed. Check out being 11 but cleaners open doors and bang on doors way before this.
