We loved our night at the Cygnet Old Bank, the whole experience from the start was welcoming and friendly, the room so comfy and spacious, we would highly recommend.

A lovely old building beautifully appointed. Comfortable bed and good shower. The rooms have their own bathroom but it is across the hall from the room. Being an old building it is not suitable for people with mobility issues - lots of stairs. The cafe downstairs is open every day and food and coffee is good. Staff are friendly.

An absolute gem
Publié le 24 déc. 2023 sur HotelsI was so well looked after from the start until the end of my 3 night stay. All of the cafe staff and employees are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were divine and proximity of such a lovely cafe is a real treat. My room and bathroom were beautiful- the bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens top shelf. I was very comfortable. I went for a compkete switch off and this was certainly what i was able to do.

Beautifully preserved building, a lot of attention to detail in the rooms and with cleaning which is faultless and not something I come across even in 5 star hotels. It just is so relaxing and the cafe garden is gorgeous.
