Long check in.

First they took 15 to 20 minutes just to check me in. The front desk person said nothing at first so I asked after 7 minutes of him keep typing on the keyboard and keeps looking at the camera system on this upper right. At around 10 minutes he try’s to call someone but keeps pushing buttons but talks to nobody. At 15 minutes the he tells me the system crashed and leaves for 3 minutes and comes back. I asked if he could write a hand written note for my cash deposit he says nothing. Finally the computer started working and given the room key and sign paperwork.

We acknowledge the discrepancies during your stay and the inconvenience they caused. The presence of undisclosed pets, resulting in pet waste and damage, along with the vandalism by your children, was regrettable. Had we been informed of any special needs, we would have endeavored to provide suitable accommodations. Mutual respect and open communication are vital for ensuring a relaxed guest experience

Deluxe room was a disaster zone

First whe. I arrive i had to clean and bleach the bathrrom and the whirlpool tub, 3 times and still it wasnt clean, i have a video to upload, they moved me to a different room that jonestly wasnt much better at all, and they considered that compensation, i was disgusted and my time effort and my patronage was left unappreciated and undervalued. If you ever get a chance to stay here, dont. I paid extra money for filth disregard and work. You couldnt pay me to return here and i think my money back is not an unreasonable request

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced. Upon your 6 AM report of tub dirt, we promptly relocated you to a pristine room. As you'd stayed the entire night, refunds aren't applicable. Furthermore, your room was occupied by four guests, posing a fire hazard in a space designated for two. Smoking was also noted, although no charges were levied. We deeply regret any discomfort this may have caused.
