Posted Feb. 19, 2024 on HotelsThe thermostat would not turn on the heater. It would say 85 degrees but feel like outside. My room was freezing always. Also, I called for a shuttle and waited an hour at the airport to find that no one would come. I called concierge to get an update on the shuttle and the phone just kept ringing. No one picked up. It was very frustrating. If the hotel weren’t so close to where I needed to be, I don’t think I would’ve stayed there.

Nice hotel but shuttle service pickup at hotel was horrible. Didn’t get picked up the first time and the second time the shuttle drove right past us and didn’t stop had to use a Uber to get to hotel.
