Bedding on both beds were nasty. Hotel offered new bedding and new room but no guarantee that it would be clean. Towels were dirty. Walls were dirty. Chairs stained. Bathroom had hair every where. Staff was not nice or very accommodating

We reserved 2 rooms, both were clean, one room the A-C worked well, the other not as well, but was still acceptable. This hotel, while not really walkable except to Potbelly's (which is really good), is a great location for driving to various restaurants, attractions, etc. Lots of restaurants across the street (jump in your car and hop over; traffic is pretty busy, so if you're not a runner or sprinter, you might feel like a game of Frogger if you choose to walk!); breakfast is available in the hotel, although we didn't eat there. There's lots of seating to sit around downstairs, a little convenience snacks stop, and a bar in the middle of it all. Final thoughts: property is a solid kind-of no-frills 3 star (you do get a cookie when you check in), quiet on higher floors, convenient, and an acceptable sleep.

Front desk employees were very rude and unprofessional, shower drain in our room was clogged and dirty.

This is my second time staying at the property. Both times, the room was set to around 65, and felt like it was 75. I called for the AC to be checked, the guy came in. Looked around did something by the door and said “ you’re good” and left. I end up going tot target for a fan. The refridge didn’t get “cold” as the other room either. I guess it’s a hit or miss with them. I won’t be booking another stay. The AC is where I draw the line.
