The hotel was great, but after paying for the hotel, I had to pay to park on the hotel parking lot! Penny pinching! NOT GOOD!

It was dirty in parts of the room and our air conditioner didn’t work well. A maintenance man came to fix it and it didn’t work.

I have stayed in Hilton hotels for many years and this goes down as the worst stay I’ve ever had. The toilet would not flush and maintenance came to fix it while we were out. When we came back, it over flowed after it was supposedly fixed so we had to move our 3 kids to another room at 9:45 at night. Then we didn’t have hot water Friday night or Saturday morning. Also, the door to the room wouldn’t properly close.

3 very warm nights

Upon entering, we were blasted with extreme hot air. The lobby was so hot, the front desk attendant was complaining about it as well. Our room a/c wasn't working either. We turned it down to 60 to cool off but after 3 hours, it never did. The maintenance man Edin came up and he just turned it off/on and said it should work. Waited an hour and it wasn't cooling so he came back up. He opened the panel and didn't do anything and just said if it doesn't cool off, they may be able to give us another room in the morning. The air blowing was 75.1 degrees. It never cooled off and when asked, no one said anything about changing our room for the 3 night stay. The hotel had trash cans that were overflowing all day, trash by elevators just sat down, lobby, etc. The tables were dirty upon check-in so had to clean them ourselves. We paid extra for the allergy friendly room and the air purifier Is very loud. Didn't really feel much difference.
