This was our first time staying here. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean. We had a little challenge locating the tower rooms. We checked in near Parking Lot 1. The clerk that checked in my other family asked if this was there first time here and offered them a map. They were given the option of a room on a lower level. We were on the 16th floor. My clerk only asked if i was parking a car.. We were walking through the atrium to find our way to the tower. A young lady stopped to ask if we needed help, we informed her of we were looking the tower. She pointed us in the right direction. This young lady wss on her way to deliver coffee to someone and took the time to stop and assist us. We left our luggage at the bell stand because we were trying to make it to the Mavs game. When we returned there was no one at the bell stand and the clerks at the front desk were vey busy. We had been standing there maybe 5 minutes. The valet person brought in someones bags and asked if we needed help. He retrieved our bags within seconds. We will stay here again.

Property had very clean new rooms but AC only worked one night we were there

It won’t let me add Parking above. So confusing! It was not relayed to us to use our key card to come and go thru the gate, nor did it let us. We had to pay over $30 twice a day on 2 cars. When checking out, we inquired about this and were told our cards should have been linked to the parking so we could come and go with our key card and not be over charged daily. (She looked and they were never linked). Hoping to be reimbursed as promised…. Also- our room was in the tower…. An “inner room” - not a big deal, we were going to be gone all day both days, but at night- it was SO loud! In the room- not sure if it was coming from the pipes or the vents, but it was extremely loud…. This needs to be checked on. Very clean, but maid service is every other day just fyi.

This hotel is phenomenal, if you are in the Dallas area I highly recommend!
