Everything was wonderful!! Clean, bed was so comfortable and staff was super friendly! Definitely going back!

Hotel is never clean, just a cover up

I never received help when I asked from the manager. I come here a lot and it usually seems to be an okay stay. I expected to sleep and be safe. I told the staff and nothing happened. This is my final and last time coming to this Hilton. The pillows smell like spit, the bathroom floors has other people hairs, it's never mopped or cleaned properly. The rugs are filthy as well not vacuumed. I call the front desk and is always ignored when I present evidence. I'm always getting a nasty room. This is my last time dealing with Richardson TX, Hilton.
