Our shuttle driver was great. 2nd shuttle driver was missing and caused big problems. Worrisome for some travelers.

There was a car with loud music at 3am and when many guest complain nothing wad done from staff for some hours. I had to call authorities to do something about the loud music. Totally unacceptable

We waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle . It never came. We needed up taking an uber at 1:40 am. when we went to check in there was no one at the front desk for 15 min. I’m sure it may be a different experience during the day, but that was not our case.

Big room, great bed, pillows, and sheets for a quick overnight airport stay. All shampoos, conditioner, lotion in secure containers and were filled.

Desk clerk refused to check me in even though the room was paid in advance since Expedia would not tell her what card I used to book the room.
