The elevator is super slow -- please fix this. This was an extremely irritating and frustrating experience day after day especially if on the 6th floor. The coffee in the room is very bad. The coffee at breakfast time was ok but could be a lot better.
The breakfast was really good, the omelettes were good, and the staff seems to work hard to keep things running smooth and keep things clean -- thanks!
The toasters were super slow - they should be replaced as I think this is unacceptable especially with lots of people waiting to toast bagels.
The hotel room had a water leak on the floor after taking a shower, creating a puddle (please fix). The shower control was quite confusing (I would at least put something in the welcome paper about it). The water pressure was very low (I think that should really be addressed). The microwave/convection oven was super confusing (please put something in the welcome paper about how to use); heating a cup of coffee should not be this hard. I really wish you at least had coffee/tea throughout the day instead of just in the morning at breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the weight room was not bad (good set of dumbbells and an adjustable/quality bench, treadmills, bikes, and elliptical).
In general, it was ok but definitely could use some improvements. But it was still pleasant.

It just did not smell good at all. From the lobby to the rooms -and in the rooms…very unpleasant odor.
