Many broken items in room fridge didn’t work, shower doors handle was peeling and sharp overall not impressed

The property is 9 miles from DFW and 6 miles from Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium. You can see Six Flags from the room windows. The hotel was full and one of the two elevators was out of service the entire stay. It resulted in constant waiting by the guests and no apologies or help from the staff. Also, coffee is not available in the lobby and the advertised restaurant was not open. The lobby area around the front desk is their breakfast area. It is not big enough on a busy weekend. The breakfast was good but it was difficult to move around in the small area where the food was located. The lobby and breakfast area need to be remodeled to create a better functioning space.

Surprise

The room was a wreck. Couch cushions in the floor, side tables in the middle of the floor. Refrigerator wide open, air filters laying out. Had it not been so late I would have requested a refund. It was horrible
