I loved the room. Very nice, clean. Savannah was amazing at the front desk. Will definitely book her every time I'm in Allen!

Great hotel and clean. Poor front desk staff.

Hotel was well kept and is also a convention center. 1* for the concierge. I felt I was treated poorly because i wasnt fi ely dressed. When checking in there was an older gentleman in front of me whom was treated like a king. The concierge was so polite and friendly to him to the point I was shocked how when I stepped up it was a 360. I don’t think he even looked at me and was not friendly or welcoming. My wife whom is the most optimistic cheerful person around even said to me, “He was rude”. Checked out at 3AM to head on the road and a different concierge treated me the same. Did not feel welcome here.

The property was very nice and very clean. What I didn't like about it is: When I booked the hotel through Expedia it shows Parking available. It said nothing about parking is extra $$$. Then when I checked in, I asked about parking because there was no obvious parking in front. The agent told me how to park around back and he even told me I could park in reserve. But, NOTHING was said about parking is extra $$$. It wasn't until the next morning, I logged into my bank and saw and extra $19 charged to my card. I called the front desk and they said parking was $18 tax. That made me very upset because, again NOTHING was told to me. The front desk just said they were sorry because I booked with an outside agency. So, very disappointed with the hotel and the lack of communication that I received and the extra charge that was not mentioned to me. I won't be staying at this hotel again.
