They had people painting and caulking outside my door, the shower head and soap dish were falling down, the linens are worn out, the soap has a strange film, not enough trash cans. On the plus side the location is great and we could watch fireworks on the balcony that I think were at the ball field. Parking is good and the air was cold, bed was okay. It's worth staying if what you need is the location.

Great Stay

The property was amazing. The decor was top notch. We also had breakfast in the attached restaurant that was very good as well. I typically don’t leave reviews but I wanted to share our experience.

Nice but over all disappointing

We spent the weekend here- The customer service was great from a staff side, however the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. We were not made aware of this and only found out when we were already changed and headed for the spa after a long drive to relax a bit. We went to the desk to let them know and they were telling the other guests that it had been out of service for over a day, but would be fixed soon. Next morning we asked the desk and were told yes! It was fixed- sadly it was still ice cold. The rooms were clean, but TINY. Not what I would have expected form a hotel like this. In all, not bad, but I'll probably avoid this chain in the future.
