Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas aimé la vue. Les chambres situées à l'avant de l'hôtel offrent une bien meilleure vue.

Room was too small. Difficult to get to the very small closet

Hello Jennifer: I'm sorry you found your room to be "too small." I don't know what room type you rented, but the hotel has several ranging from standard hotel rooms to spacious King whirlpool suites to even two-room Living/Room Bedroom suites. On your next visit, please contact the hotel to discuss your guest room expectations and we will be happy to do the best we can to meet your expectations.

Entrance to hotel and parking was easy. Check in Fast. 1st room had a window screen bent which would allow mosquitos. 2nd room was dark, one light did not work, less spacious, had a an odd soap and smoke smell. Room was clean, no noise from traffic. Close walking distance to everything. Toilet would not flush right. No microwave. Elevator was super small and slow so many times we had to jog stares.

Hello Catalina: Though I've already responded, we see the review showing up on Expedia as well, so want to respond again. As before, amenities in room vary some by room type, as well as location within the building. None of our rooms, except for wetbar suites, have microwaves as we don't want people cooking in the rooms. All rooms have a refrigerator. We hope to welcome you back soon. Safe Travels
