Was under construction the whole week of our wedding. Construction mess everywhere, and outdates furniture & carpet.

They charged my card 40 costs for parking without telling me. I was there in person to check in. They didn't give me a bill for this 40 bucks, they just took it out of my account. They said it was on the website: ( really ? You couldn't mention it? That's practically stealing. The bathroom was not clean the faucets were all super old and the bathtub would not drain.

Renovation surprise!

This hotel was under major renovation. I appreciate this, but they should communicate this and their rates should reflect the situation.

They are under construction. Pool is dirty. Elevators broken. Very noisy room. You can hear everything all night.

We were expecting a little bit more

Hotel personnel was very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near PCH and I-5 and next to the beach. One issue was that the hotel seems a little old and is going through renovations. A/C in our room was not working properly. It was too warm through the night. We reported this issue to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Beds were average, although the rooms were very clean. Parking was also free and easy to reach.
