Possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Posted Feb. 28, 2024 on HotelsWould really recommend against staying here - the hotel is in quite an inconvenient part of Delhi and doesn't feel particularly safe at night.
The room was not particularly clean at all and there were marks and crumbs in the bedsheets.
Our safe did not work properly and we had to ask twice for it to be unlocked so we could put our valuables in it.
We thought we would give this hotel a chance, however, by visiting the rooftop bar to see if we could enjoy anything about its location. We started to wonder why it took so long for our drinks to arrive only to witness one of the staff coming in with a bag of drinks from a local shop.
Don't bother dialling for reception as they won't pick up. The staff are asleep on the sofa's in the lobby (which I witnessed several times as I had to leave the room to ask about the safe/aircon).
Don't bother booking.
