L'hôtel n'est pas pour les voyageurs en solo et pour les voyageurs d'affaires, mieux pour les occasions et les cérémonies. Certains problèmes sont partout, du service de chambre à l'entretien quotidien.

Too expensive for the facilities we got. No hair deyer in room, and water kettle for warm water was not working

The property was extremely filthy. The restrooms were awful and poor quality. The bedsheets and the room smelled like it was contaminated by abestos.

Upgrade rooms really needed

The hotel has undergone upgrade changes on the entry & reception areas from when the hotel was known as the “Picadelly Hotel” This very nice transition and much needed upgrade unfortunately have not included the rooms, which is still really “worn” and without any improvements from the old hotel. So until this happens I will be looking for other hotels in the proximity. Staff was very friendly and morning buffet also “upgraded” from earlier - so upgrade the rooms, and I will see you again - hopefully soon.
