First time at Nirulas Noida

Delicious breakfast, the staff is very courteous and nice to deal with, room was clean and tidy, I went down at 6:00am in the morning for some hot water and lemon and the staff obliged, can't ask for more:)

It was me second stay at the hotel and i had the worst experience. Elevators is seldom working and the painters, masons make the place noisy and dirty. There are constant repairs going and staff is noisy and non courteous. Everything in the shower breaking apart, the door handle wont work. The magnetic door key wont work..stay here at your own risk

Pathetic Nirulas

The hotel is completely rundown. The fixtures are older than 25 years. Even the paint in the room is not proper. However the staff including the General Manager and the chef and service staff are good

The property is run down, furniture is not good, no good space to store clothes in case you want to stay longer term. Construction during my stay was constant. The service is good. Breakfast is good (for Indians)

Air conditioner did not work or worked poorly. I had to change rooms Light went out several times during the day and night. Only came back after several minutes. Furniture is run down in most places in the hotel
