Great rooms at great price

Building under renovation. Room was nice. Breakfast was very lacking First time to be asked to leave tip for cleaning staff.

Good service, but wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived and it was under construction, which wasn’t stated online when we booked. Elvis helped us out check in and changed our room to accommodate what we wanted as online didn’t give us the options. We got into our hotel room & the TV, AC and hot water didn’t work. We spoke to the front desk and Dave came to assist us! Dave was amazing! The next day, we came back to our hotel room and the bathroom sink had fallen out of its place, the things holding it in were too far apart, the sink was leaking & again, no hot water. We spoke to the front desk and he said Dave was unavailable and he also had no clue what to do…. So we had to fix it ourselves as we needed somewhere to wash our hands. On top of that, we didn’t see the house cleaner once but they expected us to tip? The service was amazing! But wouldn’t stay here again

Emergency trip

The lobby was under construction but everyone went out of their way to make sure not to disturb anyone. Staff was amazing, especially Elvis the front desk staff. We had an emergency trip downstate for family in the hospital and traveling with a baby, everyone was very friendly
