Our room had a broken toilet that was not screwed to the ground correctly so every time you sat on it, it would move/shake and vice versa. we did not have a iron and when we called for one, they brought us one that doesn’t work. It wasn’t worth it but whatever we stayed for one night.

Nice place. The valet alarmed us that we left a phone in the car and the FO staff called right away and was very helpful. Huge thanks!

Disappointed

We found hair on our bed, the hotel bar was out of nearly everything, and our toilet stopped working halfway through our stay. When I called the front desk regarding the toilet, they offered to move us to a different, lesser room. This is a "refurbished" Holiday Inn Express. Unless you are looking for a place to crash for the night, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Very poorly maintained. Our shelves were so dusty. Staff was not great.

Staff was great upon arrival. Watched our car and didn't charge us for parking while we went upstairs for almost an hour. Everything was clean and the space was great. Will be staying here again!
