The property was convenient to where I was visiting. I did not like the fact that I had to pay one hundred dollars (which they have not refunded yet) for a damage deposit. Also, they did not have anyone to clean the rooms on Saturday and had no towels to replenish the soiled ones. I was told that they were short on staff. I expected better from my stay there and I want my damage deposit returned. It has been close to a month since my visit. I would not stay there again.

Run down and dirty. Shower is awful. Staff is alright. Had to pay $20 extra to check in an hour and a half earlier then check in time

Employee were helpful, friendly and smiling. Check in was smooth and fast. Room was clean. Breakfast was yummy.

Overall, I have no real complaints about this hotel that I could make other than a few nitpicks. I think the rooms could probably use a renovation, and that the breakfast offered could do with a bit more variety. Still, for the price of the duration I stayed I was comfortable and didn't feel like I was staying at some low-end bargain hotel. I would probably stay here again if I visited Michigan again and picked Livonia as my home for the trip.
