The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet leaked and brought back up part of what was flushed. Back of toilet looks like black mold. Lots of hair in the tub. Rusted shower head. Wooden linoleum floor peeling. Phone keeps ringing. Door did not lock properly. Matresses slides off plywood platform. Bathroom door knob area cracked in pieces and some of the furniture was broken.

Property is sliding down...

I've stayed at this property before and gave a very positive review. Management is not maintaining it well. Walking into the room, the light switch doesn't work. The bulb was missing in the desk lamp. For a chain who's slogan is "We'll leave the light on for you" That was ironic. The area around the TV was full of holes. The shower curtain is too long/ curtain rod is too low hence the shower curtain sags 3-4" onto the tub bottom. I'm sorry, but that's just not appealing. I e always speak with front desk staff about things that need attention, explaining, I don't bring up these to be a jerk, rather in the spirit of, if I ran that business, I'd want to know. House keeping staff is the first line of defense in these matters. Burned out/missing bulbs should be dealt with THAT DAY!

Roaches were in the room, bed was not comfortable very hard, and the vending machines kept my money. Would not stay there again.

The AC was broken, could not control the temp and it was way too hot barely got some sleep, the was a small roach but i guess i could let that one pass..... one of the bathroom walls was falling apart at the bottom, we got back from a concert and i nocked on the window of the receptionist and she says "What...." as if i had interrupted her from something very important (she had a "itch attack" on a leg) so i ask her if there was something open nearby to get some dinner (it was about 1am) and she muttered something but honestly i didnt care anymore what she had to say after the way she initially responded and she went back to scratching her leg.... so yeah, i wont be back there and definitely not recommending it but thats what happens when you get budget problems at the last minute and have to adjust
