Ashley was wonderful at check in. Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Food was excellent Our room was beautiful and bed was comfortable .

The Royal Park Hotel was excellent. We were in the area for the passing away of a brother, Everything about our stay made the trip as painless as possible.

The room and accommodations were really nice. Only complaint I have is when I got to the bathroom, I am unsure if it was cleaned. There was fecal matter still in the toilet when I first checked in
