Every staff personnel was pleasant and helpful. Overall our room wasn't very clean. Dirty duvet, faucet leaked badly & room just had a smell. The breakfast is definitely not hot and nothing tasted fresh. Muffins/pastries were stale, milk was an open gallon that every one could touch and carry around and no creamer for coffee. There just weren't enough options and it looks nothing like the pictures on the website.

Nothing spectacular. Could be much cleaner in corners of areas need to be cleaned better. we went somewhere else for breakfast. All they had was muffins, toast cold sausage, and pancakes in refrigerator no syrup for pancakes. Coffee was bad.

Extremely dirty and run down. Front lobby was very dirty. Hallway had mouldy water stains on the ceiling. Room smelled terrible. Stains on ceiling. Bathroom was not clean and had mystery stains on the wall. I contacted their head office regarding this disgusting place but never heard back. Obviously just a money grab for unsuspecting airport travellers. They should be ashamed to operate this mess

Everyone was friendly but there was several people checking in and out at the same time took 45 minutes to check in. But the receptionist did her best to get to all of us as fast as she could. She even had a broken finger.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the manager Bonnie is awesome very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
