Séjour très agréable en couple
Publié le 25 août 2018 sur HotelsMon mari et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour à cet hôtel situé à quelques kilomètres de Douvres. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant où nous avons mangé de délicieux mets. La chambre (nommée Granby) était spacieuse, le lit confortable et la salle de bain complètement rénovée. Seul petit point négatif: la chambre donnait sur la route et elle était un peu bruyante. À l'avenir, nous demanderons une chambre qui donne sur l'arrière de l'établissement. Nous y reviendrons assurément lors d'un prochain voyage dans le Kent.

Amazing place and wonderful staff and food. Our toilet was a little creaky, but otherwise a perfect experience

Place is amazing, real fire in the lounges on a cold day was so inviting. staff were fantastic, rooms were remarkable and clean. Shower/bath was so relaxing. Food was very nice. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when down this way. Thank You

Outstanding in every way.

I paid a little extra for the delux room and it was well worth it. Great staff and amazing food, really worth having a meal there.
I would highly recommend staying here or even just using the restaurant if local. 5 stars all day long!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast excellent and the staff were very attentive making sure you enjoyed your meal. The breakfasts are incredible.

Truly one of THE BEST around

The room was spacious, well appointed, airconditioned, and no shortage of tea, coffee, and spring water. Ultra clean en-suite, and a bed that hugged you when you were ready for lights out. The food was amazing, cooked so that the flavours hit your taste buds, with plenty of choices on a 'cant make my mind up what to choose' menu.Recommended for a stop over, or definitely an evening meal if you dont have the time to stay and sample the open fire and the friendly service.
