A convenient hotel

A 2 night break in a modern building. Convenient for the Old Town with a tram stop right outside. Despite a notice on the door asking for room service in the morning, the notice was put in the room but the room hadn’t been cleaned or the bed made when we were out. Reception staff were helpful and at least one spoke good English. Breakfast was excellent.

We would have been happy to clean your room daily if you had asked us to do so and informed our reception.You will receive a corresponding notice at check-in and on arrival in your room.room.Many other hotel chains now follow a similar procedure. Our hotel has been certified "Green" in 2021, the topic of sustainability is now of great importance in our society and is also becoming increasingly important in hotel classification.We would like to formally apologize for the fact that you have obviously been inadequately informed about this. Overall decent. Great location, easy transport links & walking to other key areas. Ok if you're not spending much time in & just there for sleeping & showering at the end of the day.

Nice hotel no aircon

Nice hotel with generally good facilities No aircon , we were there and it was around 27 degrees in the day the room was so hot at night and there was no aircon Opened window and the noise from outside was very load Pillows are also an issue they are soft and disappear when you put your head on them

Almost a good stay - shame about the pillows!

Generally the hotel is very clean and staff are generally friendly. My colleague had a bad experience with the bar staff though, stating they were quite abrupt and unfriendly. Beds are quite hard and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Your head sinks through the entire pillow. I stayed 3 nights and didn’t sleep well at all, due to the pillows. It’s a shame as other than this, it could have been a nice stay. They definitely need to invest in some better pillows!!
