There were small ant-like insects that the property stated was from previous live plant decor. Otherwise everything was nice.

Comfortable family stay💕
Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was clean and quiet! Breakfast was delicious! Linda was so friendly and helpful! She made glad we were there! Beds were comfortable and room was clean and we were given fresh towels each morning. 💕

No temperature control
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe temperature in the room was not control able causing interruptions in sleep requiring heating controls to be adjusted every few hours. When I asked staff to fix this I was told it could not be fixed as this was the design of the HVAC.

Dear Bradley! I thoroughly apologize for the experience you had with your HVAC in your room. It's always our goal to meet and exceed your expectations. As well I'm glad to learn that you brought it to our attention during your stay but worried to learn your matters weren't addressed properly.
