There were small ant-like insects that the property stated was from previous live plant decor. Otherwise everything was nice.

Comfortable family stay💕

The hotel was clean and quiet! Breakfast was delicious! Linda was so friendly and helpful! She made glad we were there! Beds were comfortable and room was clean and we were given fresh towels each morning. 💕

No temperature control

The temperature in the room was not control able causing interruptions in sleep requiring heating controls to be adjusted every few hours. When I asked staff to fix this I was told it could not be fixed as this was the design of the HVAC.

As well I'm glad to learn that you brought it to our attention during your stay but worried to learn your matters weren't addressed properly.
