Super séjour

Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous c’est vraiment un sans faute.
Le gros plus de cet hôtel est la navette pour le Dubai Mall qui nous amène tous les jours au centre pour rejoindre les diverses activités.
On a vraiment apprécié la disponibilité du personnel pendant nos 10 jours ici.
Un grand merci à eux , le monsieur de la réception très disponible , les House Keeping , et les bagagistes Addy and Rocky.

Bon séjour professsionnel
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HotelsBon séjour. Hotel proche de la Sheikh Zayed Road ce qui nous permettait de prendre le métro. Personnel accueillant,le seul bémol, en tant qu’Européen, on aime prendre un petit cocktail au bar et cet établissement n'a pas d'alcool.

Beautiful hotel
Publié le 22 mai 2023 sur HotelsWe spent 3 nights at the hotel. It is close to the metro and taxis are always available. The staff is very nice and helpful and willing to please their customers. The swimming pool is amazing, as well as the view. We also ate at the restaurants and enjoyed a high tea in The Lobby. Everything was fantastic, but mostly how welcome we felt there. Thanks for everything.
