Charged my credit card twice for a fee I paid in cash. Unresponsive to my requests to refund. Loud music every night in 3 am and hookers walking around in the upstairs “club” trying to pick up old men with money. Not the best spot for a honeymoon.

What a horrible property and staff. To keep it short, it’s full of malpractices from day managers to overnight shifts. They accessed my. Room went through my stuff at 2am! Under the excuse of a system glitch. Called the police. One of the worst supposedly 5 star. It’s not even 3. Also if you are a family, or a solo traveler looking for a bit of a vibe and clean classy environment- this is not the place for you. Would never dare to stay here again.

Had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. Expedia was very misleading with the pictures and description about the two bedroom residence. The description claimed that the two bedroom residence had two king beds; however, that was not true at all. One of the beds was close to a king bed but the other was hardly even a queen bed. This really put me off because the description claimed something else. The description clearly said that the residence had two king beds. At the end of the day, it is not okay for companies like Expedia to post misleading reviews in order to prompt people to book. That is extremely unethical and wrong on your part. Rest assured, I will not be using Expedia for any future bookings after my experience this time.
