It was quiet here although I felt right in a busy area... Lake Superior never disappoints.

Great location!

Quick getaway with my husband for a concert in Duluth. The Lodge is in a great location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room view of the lake was lovely. The hotel was clean and comfortable but could use a refresh. We would absolutely come back.

Not good

Customer service tanked because we booked third party. We were placed next to noisy elevators. Our “lake view” room was marred by filthy windows, and we noticed that housekeeping had forgotten the previous occupant’s shirt on the back of the bathroom door. We won’t stay here again.

Jessica,We are sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience at the Canal Park Lodge. We strive to be the best and are so sorry we missed the mark this time. We have addressed the issue with housekeeping regarding the clothing item left in the room and apologize for that. We appreciate you letting us know about the windows, as it looks like the seal between the two panes of glass broke which caused the fogginess. We wish that we would have known about these issues during your stay so that we could have fixed the situation by switching you to another room. Again, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are so sorry. Thank you for staying with us.
