Almost a decent hotel

Only 2 things spoiled the hotel..
1. Having to use the key card to descend in the lift/elevator.. It is normal to have to use a card to go up but never to go down... This does nothing for security and everything to annoy guests.... Fix it please......
2. Despite mentioning on my last visit.. The management are still letting scruffy guests go to breakfast wearing pyjamas and 'onesies'.... This should be obvious to all adults not to do this.. Unfortunately some guests don't respect other people..... THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD STOP THIS...
