Dans l'ensemble un prix raisonnable tenant compte de l'achalandage a Durango. Personel gentil et gentille. Je ne m'attendais pas a un palace mais a un motel bien tenu et c'est ce que j'ai eu.

Very disappointed

Very bad experience. Although we had already paid for the night, we preferred to sleep in another hotel (and therefore pay for another hotel)! The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes and was located in a corner of the hotel (the window was on a wall!). I asked to change. The second room had a blocked door, so we couldn't get in. Finally the third room had a very bad wifi. The surrounding area and the hotel were not very reassuring or family friendly. My children did not feel reassured by the idea of sleeping here, so we preferred to go to another hotel more family friendly and comfortable. The receptionist was understanding. This is the first time we have had such a disappointment, especially since I take the time to read the reviews of previous guests. But it seems like the recent reviews (after I made my reservation) are pretty negative too. I should have checked for updates before we arrived!

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We get a lot of high ratings that don't correspond to your experience. The exterior corridors make for a more open environment that is uncomfortable for some guests. We are considering closing some of the corridors to strike a balance for our guests. We would like to investigate further the circumstances of your stay if you can please call the property that would be helpful to us.

Bathroom under renovation with broken tiles on the floor. One bed unmade after checking - in. Phone not working TV not working

Tv did not work properly. Water was too hot.

Sorry for your Inconvenince caused at your stay, i personally came to your room to fix the tv and fixed it and regarding the hot water you just need to leave it like that for 5mins then it will automatically reduced to normal temperature.

There was bugs, dirty walls, and mirrors had weird marks all over them and there was tiles missing in the bathroom. I booked a room and didn’t receive the correct one and overall had a odd smell

Sorry for the Inconvenince caused at your stay, As i can see you stayed in room 234, which we never get any complaint regarding bugs as we dont have any bugs in the entire property. As we have given you 2queen bed as the king rooms doesn't have heater.
