I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub I was in town for one night was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub when I got there had no plans other then to relax .. well that wasn’t the case when I was told it wasn’t in season! Seriously THIS IS THE SEASON for a hot tub. So disappointed then we found gum on our night stand and a blunt roach on our bed headboard. No I didn’t address my issues with the front desk because they don’t care they sit around and eat food all day.

Unfortunately, our pool deck is closed at this time for repairs and resurfacing as we prepare for our busy season.We have to do this in the off season as the hotel is busy and the pool is in high demand for the warmer months.Finding any debris in the room is unacceptable and that is being immediately addressed with the housekeeping team. In the future, please contact the front desk so that we may immediately remedy the situation.

This staff was very helpful and provided good service. Room was comfortable and clean.
