It was dirty, thay change the room and since the room smeel bad and the matress was broken.

it seems that this hotel is in the process of a remodel. it looks good, but there are no lights in the main bedroom, no waste basket in bathroom and no toilet paper holder

The closet not only had no hangers, it had no bar to hang anything on. The shower water pressure was very low. The door lock usually took at least 3 tries to get it open and I had to reset my key cards every day of the 3 nights I was there. The bed was uncomfortable. The microwave had a turntable but no wheel ring under it. The free breakfast was very minimal. The were no lights on the end tables. The desk clerk apologized saying that they were remodeling.

It was to have a breakfast included. It only had regular coffee, hot water for tea, oatmeal packs and very small muffins and protein bars. Very disappointing. It took a bit to ring for attendant to check us in when we arrived.

Smelled like cigarettes, did not have any silverware or pans to use in room, no conditioner, broken cabinets, very dirty, broken phone in the room and much more. I gave a two because the person that checked me in was very nice.

Terrible

Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The workers were not friendly upon check-in, the room was outdated, we were locked out of the building when returning from dinner at night despite having our key on us, there was construction going on that was loud and in the way that was not declared when booking the room, and the toilet in our room did not work. The bed was pretty comfy but that was the only good thing. I am extremely unsatisfied.

Everything was good. Had a quiet stay, everything worked. Shopping and dining was closeby. My car was safe. For the price, I couldn't ask have asked for much more. Only thing, I was there for 5 days and never had housekeeping visit my room. Maybe you have to request that service these days.
