This was not a happy stay. The management is so greedy, it is disgusting.
For starters, they don’t clean rooms. At all.
To replace the towels or take out the trash, they charge you 7 pounds.
The bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are hard as bricks.
The bathroom is dirty ( see the pics attached)
Shampoo, conditioner and body gel are all in the same bottle - cheap, thin and useless.
There are no mirrors in the room and nowhere to dry your hair or apply makeup. Bathroom is too dark.
We were unable to turn on the air conditioner. I called the front desk and was told that “little snowflake means cool”. But nobody offered to help and make it work. I was so upset I never called again.
To add insult to injury, the put nespresso machines in the rooms, but not the pods. Those you have to buy at the front desk.
All in all, we could not wait to leave.

Wonderful place to stay in old town Edinburgh. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very well located. Would definitely reccomend!

Excellent choice. The house keeping wasn’t readily available. There wasn’t any for the 9 days o stayed there. But definitely not a deal breaker. I loved my decision.

Apartment in the middle of Royal Mile, between Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle. Close to everything. The apartment has everything you will need. Very clean, modern and close to everything.
