Stylish, functional rooms with all one could need, including a comfortable bed, helpful refrigerator, and separate bath/shower. Very well located and easily walkable (if also a bit hilly). Great staff, who proactively offered a higher floor upon check-in and easily granted an extra hour for checkout. Access to a nearby pool a huge plus, along with nice touches such as water filters on each floor and quality toiletries. A few minor adjustments that would render it nearly perfect: the heating system didn't warm the room sufficiently, the bedspread left unfortunate fibers on the white sheets, and there seemed to be some odd creaks and clacks in the halls. But all in all a very lovely stay and excellent value.

Great location for sightseeing. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. Professional and caring staff, always available to meet customer needs. The sink tap was loose after being blocked. Just a minor improvement but otherwise a great hotel.
