Location and service top class
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsGreat wee place, fall out of bed and you're on the Grassmarket. Check is was awesome, wonderful Canadian lass made us very welcome. Top quality kit in the room, Smeg kitchen, great bed and shutters to block out the light. Breakfast was decent in the 1st morning, sadly lacking on the 2nd. Will definitely return.

A top choice in the city!

Lovely clean rooms, stocked with everything you need! Was left prosecco and chocolate as mentioned it was our anniversary which was such a nice surprise

exceptional value for money, polite staff, modern immaculate room let down only by the fact that the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work and one of the complimentary bottles of water had already been opened and left by the previous guest and not replaced.
