Expedia has this hotel listed as pet friendly. After driving 8 hours we arrived at our hotel only to be told this hotel is NOT pet friendly and this has occurred many times with others.

I am sorry you were misinformed through Expedia regarding our no pet policy. Expedia is aware we are not pet friendly. I do hope you found a suitable pet friendly hotel with the information I gave. Again I do apologize.

I stayed two nights and must say the staff were very kind and friendly and I enjoyed nice little chats with them. The location is very convenient for access to the West end of the city. The Phillipino restaurant attached is amazing, serving classic western food but I really enjoyed the traditional Phillipino dishes and would come back just to eat there. It's an older hotel but well kept considering it's in a sort of commercial/industrial area. I would stay there again if I had business in the area..

If the house keeps were quieter right outside my door in the am. But I was happy to plug my car in on such a cold night
