Hôtel pratique pour un road-trip... mais bruyant
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HotelsMotel classique. La chambre est dans la moyenne haute au niveau de la taille, avec un coin cuisine et un coin salon. Une légère attente à la réception le soir en arrivant pour prendre la chambre (pas de sonnette pour attirer l'attention !). L'emplacement est très facile d'accès dans le cadre d'un road-trip, au bord de l'Interstate, mais bouchons d'oreille quasi-obligatoires pour dormir en raison du bruit, du coup !

The breakfast was good, so was the room layout.. that is all. The carpet was so dirty you needed to wear shoes. The refrigerator was tippy to the point of dangerous, the sink wouldn’t drain & for some reason there were about 10 coach busses parked in the lot .. some with does opened 24/7. The pool shown on the site was destroyed.

The property was direct on the freeway with only 1 panel windows. Between the cars, refrigerator, and air-conditioning, we could not sleep. Their advertised pool was demolished, literally a whole. Front desk staff was not friendly, not helpful. Breakfast ok.

They steal our money.

They deny us the receive of the stay.we cut the stay two days short because of the safety situation.The manager denied the refund of the two days left that we doesn’t stay in the hotel.We chat with a hotel.com agent and she completely understand what we was asking for. She called the hotel numerous time to talk to the manager and explain to him what happened but he doesn’t want to give us the refund. The swimming pool that they put on the pictures on the website is demolish and under construction. I do not recommend to nobody to stay in that place the Ramada

Francisco greeted me professionally and attended to all details with a friendly precision.
Our room was very clean, neat and exceeded my expectations.
