The hotel was very beautiful and the room was excellent, just the location and the noise of the nightclub below our bedroom were not so good. Room service was so-so, and our food was cold my tacos t was a hard to chew and it was exoensive small taco

Bar and restaurant was awesome. We felt safe walking around. Dennis at the front desk was very helpful making recommendations of what to do in El Paso.

Our AC and room telephone was not functioning. I reported it to the staff and I simply recived a portable fan. For the amount I paid I was expecting more.
