I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool amenities. The staff closed the pool area due to "fixing chemicals ' but didn't want to let people use the hot tub because it was "too much work to watch to make sure no one used the pool". I had ants in my room. There were dirty clothing items left in the parking lot. Their back door was left repeatedly unlocked.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Our pool is an amenity that is enjoyed by many of our guests. Not having access to it, must have been frustrating. Also, having to deal with ants in the room is horrible! These issues will be addressed with our staff, alongside with the issue of the back door being unlocked. Again, would like to apologize for having a terrible stay with us. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
